One vehicle for the whole group
Landing at Pearson with a big group is the hard part of any trip. The taxi line splits your people into five cars. Ride shares cap out at six seats and surge when a flight unloads. A private van or bus fixes this. Everyone rides together, the luggage travels with you, and the price is agreed before anyone boards.

Our standard
Why groups book with us
Anyone can list a bus on a website. What matters is what happens when your flight is two hours late and it is snowing. Here is our standard on every trip:
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup. We watch your arrival time, not the clock. Late flight, same driver, no extra charge for normal delays.
- Licensed and insured. Ontario licensed drivers and commercial insurance on every vehicle.
- Flat rates in writing. Your quote lists the full price with tolls and taxes shown. The number you approve is the number you pay. Gratuity is up to you.
- One contact person. You get a direct line to our dispatch team, not a call centre. Questions get answered by the people running your trip.
Three steps
How booking works
- Tell us your trip. Send the date, group size, pickup point, and drop off through the quote form. It takes two minutes.
- Get a flat quote. We reply with the right vehicle and the full price. No deposit tricks, no hidden fuel fees.
- Meet your driver. For airport pickups the driver waits inside arrivals holding a sign with your name. For all other trips the vehicle arrives 15 minutes early.
Planning a Toronto visit? Most of our tourist groups book two rides: the airport transfer on landing day and a Niagara Falls trip during the stay. Booking both together is cheaper than booking twice. Ask for the combined rate in your quote.
Common questions before booking
How much does a charter bus cost in Toronto? Where does the driver meet you at Pearson? Can a Sprinter van really hold 14 people and 14 suitcases? We answer all of it on the FAQ page and show real numbers on the pricing page. If your question is not there, ask us directly. A person replies, usually within the hour during the day.
