Hourly charter rates
Hourly pricing fits weddings, corporate days, wine tours, and any trip with multiple stops. The clock starts at your pickup, not at our garage.
| Vehicle | Seats | Starting rate | Minimum | Full day (10 hours) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sprinter van | 10 to 14 | from $150 per hour | 3 hours | from $1,400 |
| Minibus | 20 to 24 | from $150 per hour | 4 hours | from $1,400 |
| Midsize bus | 30 to 36 | from $175 per hour | 4 hours | from $1,600 |
| Coach bus | 40 to 56 | from $210 per hour | 5 hours | from $1,950 |
Flat rate airport transfers
One way trips are flat rates, not hourly. Traffic and slow customs never change the number.
| Trip | Sprinter van | Minibus | Coach |

| Pearson to downtown Toronto | from $175 | from $250 | from $400 |
| Pearson to Mississauga or Vaughan | from $150 | from $230 | from $380 |

| Pearson to Blue Mountain | from $499 | from $680 | from $920 |
Travelling with 1 to 6 people? We also run sedans and SUVs: Pearson to downtown from $95, Pearson to Niagara Falls from $190. Mention your group size in the quote form and we will price the smaller car.
How do these rates compare? We checked the major Toronto charter operators in July 2026. Minibuses on the market run $95 to $150 per hour, full coaches $125 to $250, and chauffeured Sprinter vans $145 to $250 with full days around $1,750. Our rates sit inside those ranges, and unlike most quotes you will find, ours already include tolls and show HST as a line item.
What every price includes
- Professional driver for the whole trip
- Fuel and highway tolls, including the 407 when we use it
- Flight tracking and 60 to 90 minutes of free wait time on airport pickups
- Commercial insurance
- HST shown as its own line on the quote
Driver gratuity is not included. It is optional and most groups give 10 to 15 percent for good service.
What moves the price up or down
- Vehicle size. The biggest factor. Never pay for 56 seats when 24 will do. We quote the smallest vehicle that fits your group comfortably.
- Date and season. Saturdays in May to October cost more than weekdays in winter. Booking 3 or more weeks ahead locks the better rate.
- Round trips. Booking both directions together is cheaper than two separate bookings.
- Added stops. A 20 minute stop on a flat rate trip adds a small fixed amount, quoted upfront.
Deposits and cancellation
A deposit holds your vehicle and the balance is due before or on the trip day. Cancel with at least 72 hours notice for a full refund of the deposit. Inside 72 hours the deposit is kept, because by then we have turned other bookings away for your slot. Weather closures on the highway are the exception: if the police close the QEW or 401, we rebook or refund in full.
These are starting rates. Your exact price depends on date, distance, and vehicle, and it comes in writing before you commit to anything. Two minutes on the quote form gets you the real number.
