Which vehicle fits your group?
Count your riders, add the chaperones or plus-ones people forget, and read across. When a group sits between sizes, take the bigger vehicle; nobody has ever complained about spare seats.
| Riders | Vehicle | Luggage | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 14 | Sprinter van | 14 suitcases in the rear | Sprinter van rental |
| 15 to 24 | Minibus | Rear luggage area | Charter bus rental |
| 25 to 36 | Midsize bus | Rear and overhead space | Charter bus rental |
| 37 to 56 | Full coach | Under-floor bays, 56 suitcases | Charter bus rental |
Over 56 riders means two vehicles, and we coordinate both. Under 7 riders means a sedan or SUV costs less; say the word and we quote that instead.
The four sizes, honestly compared
10 to 14 riders
Sprinter van
High roof, stand-up cabin, and quick at hotel entrances. The default for families and airport pickups. No washroom on board, so long runs plan a stop.

20 to 24 riders
Minibus
The wedding and team favourite. Van agility with twenty-plus seats, and it fits places a full coach cannot park.
See the buses
30 to 36 riders
Midsize bus
The in-between answer when a minibus is tight and a coach is overkill. Priced between the two, quoted the same day.

40 to 56 riders
Full coach
Washroom on board, reclining seats, and bays that swallow a tour group''s luggage. The only choice for big groups and long highways.
