Ten seats leaves the entire rear section for bags. This is the setup for airport pickups where every traveller has a large suitcase plus a carry on. Ten people, twenty bags, no problem, nothing on anyone's lap.

Twelve seats with a generous luggage area. This is the most booked configuration. It handles a family reunion arriving at Pearson or a wine tour group heading to Niagara on the Lake with room to spare.

Fourteen seats is the most the Sprinter takes. Luggage space shrinks to roughly one medium bag per person. Perfect for day trips, dinners, and events where nobody brings a suitcase. For 14 people flying in with full luggage, we usually recommend a 20 seat minibus instead, and we will tell you that in the quote rather than squeeze you in.

People searching for a 15 passenger van in Toronto usually find self drive rentals from the big rental counters. Those are cargo van bodies with bench seats. You drive it yourself, you insure it, you park it, and the last row rides over the rear axle like a school bus.
Our Sprinter comes with a professional driver and commercial insurance. You are dropped at the door, not at the far end of a parking lot. For a one day trip the chauffeured van often costs less than a self drive rental once you add their insurance, fuel, deposit, and downtown parking. Get both quotes and compare. We think the math wins, and if your trip is the rare case where it does not, we will say so.
Hourly charters start around $150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Airport transfers are flat rate: the price depends on distance, not traffic.
