Three ways couples book us
Ceremony shuttle. One or two runs from the hotel to the ceremony, then to the reception. The simplest and cheapest option.
Full evening loop. The vehicle stays with your wedding all night, looping guests between hotel and venue on a schedule, with a final sweep after the last dance. This is the one planners recommend, because the end of the night is when rides fall apart.
Wedding weekend. Out-of-town guests landing at Pearson? We add airport pickups on arrival day and returns after brunch. One invoice for the whole weekend.
What wedding shuttles cost
Wedding service is priced by the hour from our standard rate card, and the clock starts at first pickup. Most weddings run five to seven hours of service.

One coach moving 56 guests for five hours costs less than reimbursing 20 ride-share trips, and it photographs a lot better outside the venue.
Planner notes we wish every couple read
- Pad the schedule. Guests board slowly in formal wear. We plan 10 extra minutes per pickup so the ceremony never waits on the bus.
- Check the loading zone. Some venues hide their bus access behind the kitchen. We call the venue ahead and sort it with them directly.
- Gravel and gowns. Barn venue? Tell us. We position the door where the dresses stay clean.
- Name a bus captain. One cousin with the guest list at each pickup saves twenty phone calls. It works every time.
How much is a wedding shuttle?
Budget from $750 for a typical five-hour evening in a Sprinter van or minibus, and from $1,050 for a full coach. The price is hourly, so what really moves it is service length: a ceremony-only shuttle costs less, an all-night loop with a 1 am sweep costs more. Distance between hotel and venue barely matters; hours do.
A shuttle is not a party bus, on purpose
Party buses sell lights, poles, and speakers, and they price like nightclubs on wheels. A wedding shuttle is clean, quiet, and on time, because its job is moving your grandmother at 4 pm and your college friends at 1 am with equal grace. If your group wants the party on the ride, the reception is thirty minutes away and the playlist request is welcome. We just will not charge you nightclub rates for transportation.
When you can skip the shuttle
If your ceremony, reception, and guest hotel are on one property, save the money and spend it on the band. Shuttles earn their fee when guests sleep in one place and celebrate in another, when parking at the venue is tight, or when the bar is generous and the drive home should not exist.
Booking window: May to October Saturdays are our tightest inventory. Couples who book 3 or more months out get first pick of vehicles and better rates.
