Getting to and from Pearson Airport

Does Pearson Airport have a shuttle service?

Pearson runs free shuttles between its own terminals, parking lots, and nearby airport hotels, but it does not run a shuttle into the city. To leave the airport you need the UP Express train, a taxi, a ride share, or a private shuttle like ours. For groups of 10 or more, a private van or bus is the only option that keeps everyone together with the luggage.

Is there a shuttle from Pearson Airport to downtown Toronto

Yes, private ones. We drive groups from Pearson to downtown hotels in about 30 to 40 minutes outside rush hour, with the driver meeting you inside arrivals. The UP Express train also runs to Union Station every 15 minutes, which works well for one or two travellers with light luggage.

Which is cheaper, airport shuttle or taxi?

For one or two people, a taxi is usually cheaper than booking a private shuttle. From about six people the math flips. Getting 12 people downtown takes three or four taxis at roughly $200 to $280 total, while one flat rate van carries all 12 with their luggage for less, and nobody gets separated.

What is the cheapest way to get to Pearson Airport?

Public transit. The TTC 900 Airport Express bus from Kipling Station costs a regular transit fare, and the UP Express from Union Station is about $12 one way. Cheap works fine for one person with a backpack. For a group with suitcases, transit stops making sense and one flat rate van usually beats a stack of separate fares.

Bus rental costs

How much does it cost to rent a 20 seater bus?

In Toronto, a 20 to 24 seat minibus with a driver starts around $150 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, so a short local charter lands around $600 to $800. Flat rate trips like an airport transfer cost less than the hourly minimum. Exact starting rates for every size are on our pricing page.

How much to rent a bus for a day

A full day charter of 10 to 12 hours in Toronto usually lands between $1,400 and $2,500 depending on the bus size. A Sprinter van day costs less, a 56 seat coach day costs more. The quote covers the driver, fuel, and tolls, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Niagara Falls trips

Is there a shuttle from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls?

Yes. We run it daily as a private transfer that takes about 90 minutes door to door. It has its own page with travel times, prices, and stops you can add along the way: Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls.
