How the rates below are calculated

Distance sets the price. Every rate is a base for the vehicle class plus a per-kilometre amount from Toronto Pearson, which is why a Mississauga pickup 15 km out costs less than a Barrie pickup 90 km out, and why you can compare every city on one page. Sprinter vans carry 10 to 14 riders, minibuses 20 to 24, midsize buses 30 to 36, and coaches 40 to 56. Every figure includes the driver, fuel, and tolls; HST shows separately, and the written quote you approve is the price you pay.

Treat the numbers as starting rates for planning. Dates, exact addresses, and season shape the final quote, and long-distance runs get a driver-hours review before we commit.

Not on the list?

The list covers our regular runs, not our limits. If your town is not here, send the address anyway; if a road goes there, a quote comes back. Rural pickups, festival grounds, and marina docks have all worked before.

Common questions about locations

My city is not on the list. Can you still pick us up?

Almost certainly. These 76 cities are the published rate card, not the limit of where we drive. Send the address through the quote form and a flat group rate comes back before you book.

How is the flat rate for my city calculated?

Distance sets it. Every rate is a base for the vehicle class plus a per-kilometre amount from Toronto Pearson, confirmed in writing before travel. A slow 401 never changes the number.

Can a small town book a one-way trip to the airport?

Yes. One-way runs to or from Pearson are the most common booking on this list, and they are priced the same way in every city.

Do you serve cities outside Ontario?

A few. Buffalo, Detroit, and Montreal are on the card for cross-border and long-distance groups. Border runs need a valid passport for every rider.

Booking both directions? An airport pickup plus a return run, or an airport leg plus a day trip, booked together always beats booking twice. Mention it in the quote form.
