Why this company exists
Our team has spent years driving airport travellers around the Greater Toronto Area in sedans, SUVs, and limousines. Over those years the same call kept coming in: a tour operator, a family, or a company landing at Pearson with 15, 30, or 50 people, asking if we could move all of them at once.
Splitting a tour group into eight cars is a bad answer. So we built the right one: a service that runs Sprinter vans for 10 to 14 passengers and charter buses from 20 up to 56, focused on the trips arriving travellers actually take. Airport to hotel. Airport to Niagara Falls. A bus for the wedding, the conference, the team.
How we work
- Flat quotes in writing. Every trip is priced before you book. We would rather lose a booking than surprise a customer at the curb.
- Right sized vehicles. We quote the smallest vehicle that fits your group comfortably, even when a bigger one would earn us more.
- Airport pickups done properly. Flight tracking, a name sign inside arrivals, and built in wait time for slow customs. This is the part of the job where experience shows.
- Straight answers. If the UP Express train is the better option for your two person trip, we will tell you. Groups are our business; honesty is why groups come back.
Where we operate
Toronto Pearson International Airport is our busiest pickup point, and we cover the whole Greater Toronto Area: downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Scarborough. Beyond the city we run regular trips to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Blue Mountain, Hamilton, Kingston, and longer charters to Ottawa and Montreal.
The fleet
Black Mercedes Sprinter vans seating 10 to 14, and charter buses in four sizes from a 20 seat minibus to a 56 seat coach with washroom and underfloor luggage bays. Every vehicle carries commercial insurance and every driver holds the proper Ontario licence class for the vehicle they drive.
Want to check us out with a small booking first? Fair. Book a one way airport pickup, see how the meet and greet goes, then decide about the bigger charter. That is how most of our long term tour operator clients started.
